GramyaKart does not own or operate any of the stores listed on the platform. Each store is independently responsible for its products, pricing, order handling, and delivery.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when creating an account

If you use the Platform on behalf of a store or business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. User Accounts

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

For Stores, GramyaKart provides:

• Product and inventory management
• Order management
• Delivery assignment
• Subscription management

For Delivery Agents, GramyaKart provides:

• Order pickup and delivery workflow

5. Order and Delivery Responsibilities

While GramyaKart facilitates ordering and communication:

• Stores are solely responsible for fulfilling orders
• Stores are responsible for product quality, quantity, and pricing
• Delivery agents (store-appointed or assigned) are responsible for timely delivery
• GramyaKart is not liable for delays, damages, or issues arising from store operations

GramyaKart is a technology platform, not a seller.

6. Payments

Currently, payments may be handled:

• Offline (cash on delivery), or
• As agreed between the store and customer

GramyaKart does not collect or store payment information unless explicitly mentioned.

If digital payments are introduced in the future, updated terms will apply.

7. Subscriptions

Customers may choose repeat delivery schedules for selected products.

You agree that:

• Subscriptions generate automatic orders
• You can pause, resume, or cancel at any time
• Store acceptance and availability depend on store stock and operating hours
• Subscriptions do not guarantee delivery unless confirmed by the store

8. Store Responsibilities

Stores listed on the Platform must:

• Provide accurate product information
• Maintain up-to-date pricing and stock
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Ensure quality and safety of products delivered
• Follow applicable local laws, including food safety laws

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Reverse engineer our software
• Submit false orders or fraudulent information
• Abuse offers, coupons, or referral programs

We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GramyaKart, including:

• Logos

• Graphics
• UI elements
• Software

is owned by GramyaKart and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse without permission.

You use the Platform at your own discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GramyaKart is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Delays in delivery
• Product quality issues
• Actions of stores or delivery agents

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to your total fees paid to GramyaKart in the last 3 months (usually ₹0 for customers).

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Platform
• We detect fraudulent or harmful activity

You may also stop using the Platform at any time.
